We ship packages that are under 16oz by USPS First Class 2-5 day, and packages that are more than a pound by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day. Some large or heavy packages will be shipped by UPS Ground – these are generally wholesale or very large orders.

For returns that are our fault – defective or broken products and shipping errors – we will send a prepaid return label.
For returns that are discretionary – ordered the wrong color or size, changed your mind, etc – you will need to pay the return shipping.
Once the return is approved, you will receive your credit in the same method of payment as the original order MINUS our original shipping costs.
Our family loves the cute painted metal straw lids, but all the others are made of tin-plated steel, which will rust. These lids are dishwasher safe and won’t rust with normal use!

If you use Mason jars for drinking every day as we do, you need a supply of high-quality straw hole lids. These lids are made to last! With 3 kids who always demand a straw, we have at least half a dozen straw lids in every load of the dishwasher.
They would be perfect for restaurant or bar use – just throw them in the dishwasher along with the Mason jars (and hopefully the reusable straws too).
They are made of 18/8 304 grade stainless steel.
