Roasted Chipotle-Salted Fall Vegetable Medley
Ingredients
- Butternut Squash, Sliced
- Zuchinni, Sliced
- Parmesan Cheese
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Gustus Vitae Chipotle Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Bake red pepper, mushrooms, butternut squash, and zucchini in oven for 30 minutes
- Remove veggie mix and place on desired dish
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and balsamic drizzle
- Season with Chipotle Sea Salt
