Roasted Chipotle-Salted Fall Vegetable Medley

Ingredients

  • Butternut Squash, Sliced
  • Zuchinni, Sliced
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Gustus Vitae Chipotle Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Bake red pepper, mushrooms, butternut squash, and zucchini in oven for 30 minutes
  3. Remove veggie mix and place on desired dish
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and balsamic drizzle
  5. Season with Chipotle Sea Salt
  6. Enjoy!
