We can ship to virtually any address in the world! We ship out most orders within 2-5 business days. For our free shipping option, we generally use USPS First Class Parcel for lighter orders, and Priority Mail or UPS Ground for heavier shipments, including jars. EcoJarz is committed to reducing waste in our shipping center, and we try to avoid using plastic for all shipments. We never use bubble mailers, poly envelopes, or other packaging that cannot be recycled
Refund Policy
We think you will love our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return most items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, either if you received an incorrect item or defective item.

EcoJarz stainless steel lids are entirely non-reactive and can be used with hot or cold beverages without any worry of chemical leach. Fits on any regular-mouth mason or canning jar. With the use of a tin jar band, it turns into a reusable to-go cup. Made of stainless steel and FDA grade silicone. Together with glass, EcoJarz lids mark the highest standard in no-leach drinking vessels. No BPA, phthalates, or chemical leach. You can even reuse many glass jars from products like salsa and almond butter.
We recommend washing your new Ecojarz lid thoroughly with soap and water before use. If you are using a tin jar band, be sure that after washing and drying it you store it in a dry place to avoid rust.
