We ship packages that are under 16oz by USPS First Class 2-5 day, and packages that are more than a pound by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day. Some large or heavy packages will be shipped by UPS Ground – these are generally wholesale or very large orders.

For returns that are our fault – defective or broken products and shipping errors – we will send a prepaid return label.

The extra thick 8.2mm internal diameter is ideal for smoothies, yogurt, milk shakes, protein shakes, or drinking water fast.
The 9.5mm outside diameter is too thick for some straw hole lids.

Our 7 1/4″ long, 9.5mm outside diameter stainless steel straws fit in some straw hole lids and are perfect for drinking thicker beverages like smoothies, yogurt, or shakes. They feature our logo and have threads engraved to resemble a plastic straw.
For juice, iced tea, coffee, soda, etc, most people prefer a thinner straw. But you can certainly drink any liquid through them!
Mason jar straw hole lids can have different sized holes, so be sure to double-check that your straws and lids are compatible.
The most reliable way to clean reusable straws is our straw cleaner with soap and hot water. They are also dishwasher safe, or a quick rinse might be sufficient. You can also boil these to disinfect them if you want to.
My personal cleaning routine is to rinse them after use, put them in the dishwasher, then run a straw cleaner through them and rinse again before putting them away. My dishwasher usually gets them clean but sometimes leaves a little residue so this ensures they are clean.
