Herb bundles - Bouquet Garni

Harvest herbs cutting long stems. Clean herbs if necessary.
Lay out on a table and pull several together in a bundle.
Tie a cotton foodsafe string about 18 inches long around the middle of the bundle.
Take each end string and wrap down to the end and tie a knot at each end.
Dry by hanging or laying on a drying rack.
Dry for 3 days to 1 week.
Once the herbs are dry, store in a glass mason jar with a reCAP lid.
These are great to use in soups, stews and roasts.
