Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 cup(s) Greek Yogurt
  • 1 dash Strawberries
  • 1 dash Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Chia or Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 cup(s) Granola

Instructions

  1. Add Yogurt and Honey to BNTO
  2. Add Granola to bottom of Mason jar
  3. Add chia or flax seed to Mason jar
  4. Add fruit on top
  5. Take your parfait on the go
