There's nothing we like more than drinking a Guinness, until now. Add a bit of ice cream and chocolate syrup and it turns into something even better: a beer float.

Putting 2 of the best things together, ice cream and beer makes for a delicious beer float. Follow a few simple steps and have a delicious drink in less than 5 minutes.

1. Add chocolate syrup into the Mason jar using a swirling motion.

2. Add 1 scoop of chocolate + one scoop of vanilla ice cream to the bottom

3. Open the Guinness and let it sit for 5 seconds on a flat surface.

4. Pour beer into Mason jar at a 45-degree angle.

5. Add chocolate shavings on top for a garnish

Ingredients

  • 1 dash Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 cup(s) Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup(s) Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1 Guinness Beer
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chocolate Shavings

Instructions

  1. Put chocolate syrup into Mason jar
  2. Add ice cream into the jar
  3. Pour beer over ice cream
  4. Add chocolate shavings on top
