Lush Mulled Wine
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) Black Pepper Rich Simple Syrup
- 2 tablespoon(s) Vanilla Rich Simple Syrup
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 Star Anise
- 1 Orange, juiced, peeled
- Nutmeg, grated, to taste
Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepot.
- 2. Bring to a boil.
- 3. Lower the temperature and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4. Garnish with orange peel, a cinnamon stick, and a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.

Black Pepper and Brown Buttered Rum Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 fluid_ounce(s) Blank Slate Kitchen Black Pepper Rich Simple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon(s) Black & Bolyard Bay Leaf Brown Butter
- 4 fluid_ounce(s) Hot Water
- 2 fluid_ounce(s) Dark Rum
- Nutmeg, grated, to taste
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- 1. Add syrup, brown butter, rum and boiling water into a mug.
- 2. Grate a generous amount of nutmeg into the mug.
- 3. Stir with the cinnamon stick until the butter is dissolved.

White Christmas Sangria
Ingredients
- 2 bottles White Wine
- 12 ounce(s) Ginger beer, plus more for garnish if desired
- 1/4 cup(s) Pear Brandy
- 1/4 cup(s) Sugar
- 3 Barlett Pears, thinly sliced
- 1 pound(s) Cranberries, frozen or fresh
- 3-4 Star Anise
- Rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Add pears and cranberries to a large pitcher.
- 2. Pour in wine, ginger beer, brandy, and sugar, stir.
- 3. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
- 4. Pour into chilled glasses.
- 5. Top off with more ginger beer, if desired.
- 6. Garnish with rosemary, and anise pod and frozen cranberries to keep it cold.

White Chocolate Peppermint Martini
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounce(s) Godiva White Chocolate Liquor
- 1.5 ounce(s) Vanilla Vodka
- 1 ounce(s) Creme de Cacao, clear or white
- 1 ounce(s) Half and Half
- .5 ounce(s) Peppermint Schnapps
- White Chocolate Syrup
- Peppermints, crushed
Instructions
- 1. Rim the edge of a martini glass with white chocolate syrup then dip in crushed peppermints.
- 2. Add the white chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka, creme de cacao, half and half and peppermint schnapps to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 3. Shake then strain into your prepared martini glass.

Apple Cider Moscow Mule
Ingredients
- 2 ounce(s) Vodka or Gin
- 5 ounce(s) Ginger Beer
- 2 ounce(s) Apple Cider
- dash Lime Juice
- Ground Cinnamon
- Apple Slices
- Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- 1. Add lime juice into the glass of your choosing.
- 2. Fill the mug with ice and pour 2 oz vodka (or gin) over ice.
- 3. Pour 5 oz ginger beer.
- 4. Pour 2 oz apple cider.
- 5. Sprinkle cinnamon over ice.
