This fermented salsa is tangy, slightly fizzy, flavorsome with as much or as little spice as you prefer. It turns into a jar packed full of nutrients and probiotics.

Fermented Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 Large Tomato, Chopped
- 1/4 Red Onion, Chopped
- 1-2 teaspoon(s) Cilantro, Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 Jalapeno, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) Himalayan Sea Salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl.
- Stir all ingredients well.
- Pack jar and include all liquid.
- Add a weight (jelly jar) on top of ingredients.
- Top with reCAP pour and reCAP fermenter.
- Let ferment at room temperature for 3-5 days.
