Fermented Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Tomato, Chopped
  • 1/4 Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoon(s) Cilantro, Chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Himalayan Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Stir all ingredients well.
  3. Pack jar and include all liquid.
  4. Add a weight (jelly jar) on top of ingredients.
  5. Top with reCAP pour and reCAP fermenter.
  6. Let ferment at room temperature for 3-5 days.
