This fermented okra is easy to make and can be prepared in minutes. All you have to do is slice a jalapeno, add garlic, and okra.

Ingredients
- 1 Jalapeno, Sliced
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 6 Okra, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon(s) Himalayan Sea Salt
- Filtered Water
Instructions
- Sterilize all items to be used in this recipe.
- Add a few cloves of garlic.
- Slice jalapeno and add the jar.
- Fill the jar with washed okra.
- Add 1 tsp. of Himalayan sea salt to a new jar.
- Add Filtered Water and dissolve the salt.
- Submerge veggies completely with the brine.
- Add a fermentation weight to keep veggies under the brine.
- Ferment up to one week and enjoy!
