Fermented Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 8 ounce(s) Water
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • To Taste Basil
  • To Taste Garlic Cloves

Instructions

  1. Make your brine with one teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt in an 8-ounce jar.
  2. Fill the jar with filtered water, shake, and then set it aside.
  3. Add fresh basil, garlic, and cherry tomatoes to the jar until everything is submerged.
  4. RECOMMENDED: add a weight on top of ingredients.
  5. Top with reCAP pour and reCAP fermenter.
  6. Let ferment at room temperature for 7 days.
