Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon(s) Himalayan Sea Salt
- 8 ounce(s) Water
- Cherry Tomatoes
- To Taste Basil
- To Taste Garlic Cloves
Instructions
- Make your brine with one teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt in an 8-ounce jar.
- Fill the jar with filtered water, shake, and then set it aside.
- Add fresh basil, garlic, and cherry tomatoes to the jar until everything is submerged.
- RECOMMENDED: add a weight on top of ingredients.
- Top with reCAP pour and reCAP fermenter.
- Let ferment at room temperature for 7 days.
