We can ship to virtually any address in the world! We ship out most orders within 2-5 business days. For our free shipping option, we generally use USPS First Class Parcel for lighter orders, and Priority Mail or UPS Ground for heavier shipments, including jars. EcoJarz is committed to reducing waste in our shipping center, and we try to avoid using plastic for all shipments. We never use bubble mailers, poly envelopes, or other packaging that cannot be recycled
Refund Policy
We think you will love our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return most items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, either if you received an incorrect item or defective item.
