Basic Hot Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1 pint(s) Filtered Water
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 4-10 Hot Peppers
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
Instructions
- Clean and sanitize all equipment
- Slice all peppers
- Add peppers to Mason jar
- Add garlic to Mason jar
- Put 1 tbsp in 1-pint room temperature filtered water and dissolve
- Add brine to peppers
- Pour Jelly Mason jar on top and screw on reCAP pour lid and add waterless fermenter
