Dijon Mustard Salted Kale Salad with Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 Kale, bunch of
  • 10-15 Roma Tomatos
  • 1/2 Butternut Squash
  • 2-3 Avocados
  • Dijon Mustard Sea Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut butternut squash into small, 1/2 inch size pieces
  2. Roast at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned
  3. Chop kale and tomatoes to desired size
  4. Slice Avocado
  5. Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl and season with Gustus Vitae Dijon Mustard Sea Salt
  6. Utilize Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar as dressing
