3/4 oz. Cointreau

1 1/2 oz. mezcal

1/2 oz. lime juice

1 heavy tbsp. Strawberry Fig + Chipotle Jam

Rosemary sprig, candied or bruleed lime wheel, to garnish

1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and shake until outside of shaker is frosty.

3. Empty all contents into a rocks glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with rosemary or lime wheel.
