Blue Cheese Salted Summer Side Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) Mixed Greens
  • 1/4 cup(s) Quinoa, Cooked
  • 1/4 cup(s) Almonds
  • 1/3 cup(s) Apple Pieces
  • Mandarin Oranges
  • 1/2 Avocado, Sliced
  • Crushed Black Pepper
  • Dressing of Choice (Olive oil and balsamic works great!)
  • Gustus Vitae Blue Cheese Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Place mixed greens in bottom of plate
  2. Add quinoa, almonds, apple pieces, oranges, and avocado
  3. Toss
  4. Drizzle with dressing of choice and season with black pepper
  5. Sprinkle on Gustus Vitae Blue Cheese Sea Salt and enjoy!
