What makes Ono products special?

The Ono Good Bowl and Great Bowl are different than anything else on the market.

All of Ono's products are all-in-one placemat + bowl sets made from high quality silicone. The mats suction to any flat surface and come with removable, stainless steel bowls.

Do Ono products really suction to the surface?

Yes! As long as the surface is flat and air cannot get underneath the mat, your mat will self-seal to the floor and can’t be released by pulling on the bowl(s). This includes wood, laminate and stone surfaces.

Important note – if you have a tiled or wood floor that has holes, divots or fractures the suction function will not work as well. Also, it is critical that the back of the mat is clean and free of lint and dust.

To release the suction simply peel the outer edge.

Can I put Ono products in the dishwasher?

Yes, our mat is dishwasher safe.

Though, we have found that rinsing with warm soapy water works just as well.

Can I put the stainless steel bowl(s) in the dishwasher?

Please hand-wash your stainless steel bowls.

What are the dimensions of Ono products?

Good Bowl (Single) - 10 x 10 x 1.6

Good Bowl (Double) - 18 x 10 x 1.6

Great Bowl (Single) - 11.5 x 11.5 x 1.9

How many ounces does each bowl hold?

The Good Bowl (Single) and Good Bowl (Double) each hold 16 ounces.

This works well for small to medium cats and dogs.

The Great Bowl holds 32 ounces.

This works well for medium and large dogs.

What's the story with silicone?

Ono products are made from 100% food-grade silicone that is 3rd-party quality tested (FDA approved and CPSC certified). What's so cool about silicone?

What if I see soap or water spots on my mat after washing?

In order to avoid this issue, we recommend using the steam and dry settings on your dishwasher and increasing the distance between the mat and other dishes.

Space will allow the dishwasher to clean the detergent thoroughly. If there are still spots, you can wipe the mat with a wet washcloth or white vinegar and hot water.

We will gladly provide a refund for unused mats returned within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept items that have been used.

In order to process a return:

Send an email to info@onofriends.com with your order # and the item(s) you want to return
You will hear back from Ono with a Return Authorization Number (RA #)
Print the attached Return Form and fill in the required information
Repack the merchandise and enclose the completed Return Form
Attach the completed Return Address Label to your package and send to us via the carrier of your choice

Ono will process a credit/refund for your mat(s) as soon as the returned item is received. All returns should be sent to: DIRECTSOURCE C/O ONO, ATTN: RETURNS DEPARTMENT, 5510 GRACE PL COMMERCE, CA 90022-4112.
