5 Tips to Up Your Salad Game

Fat = flavor. You need fat to enhance the flavors, as well as better nutrient absorption of all the good stuff in there. Whether you use a high-quality extra virgin olive oil, toasted almonds, creamy goat cheese, shaved parmigiana... You name it.
